Welcome to Ms. Delicious Diary! My passion is seeing others succeed, and if I can have a hand in helping them get there, then I am delighted! I also love food just like you, it taste so delicious what's not to love. And, I adore nature and I came to realize that nature is the key to good health, both physical and mental. Yes, food is good and nature is even better when we spend time in it. It promotes good health just by being there, the benefits start immediately and we don't even know it. I encourage spending time in nature regularly as a vital part of a well balanced and healthy lifestyle. As your coach I'm here to tell you in writing, that food is not the enemy and nature is your friend. People love food but they have stayed away from nature, the very place where good food grows and thrives. We help them return, because when we connect with nature, we too can grow and thrive as a person. Remember, it's not just food that's delicious, there are so many delicious health benefits found in nature!

 

The benefits of returning to nature are too numerous to mention but you will soon notice the difference. Food makes us happy and nature makes us healthy. Food gets us excited and nature calms us, its's a beautiful balancing act. Food nourishes the body and provides the energy we need to get through our day. We need food and nature, they both feed us in different ways. Our diary entries help you make the best of both worlds. As you read what I write, you will find helpful information to change your own life for the better, get back to nature to enjoy good health, and still eat delicious food!

We offer coaching services from the comfort of your own home, and with each and every diary entry you read, there will be something you can use that promotes good health. The diary is designed to help you "find your formula" that is, the formula that works best for you. As a certified fitness coach through the Cleveland Clinic and with years of coaching experience, along with a real love for motivating others to take care of their health, I encourage healthy habits with plenty of treats! Strategies that work, along with the motivation to help you get started.

Our Goal

We are all unique, there is no one else like you, that means there is no such thing as one size fits all. Our goal is to help you discover what works best for you. To do that, we encourage you to try new things, in a new way, develop new habits and a whole new lifestyle. One that includes nature as a big part of that lifestyle to promote healthy living. We do this with each diary entry, as you read and implement a new idea and see what works for you. Each week you get to pick and choose what you will use right away and what you will save for a rainy day. Change habits at your own pace, one at a time. When you change your habits and your lifestyle, everything else will naturally change!

When you become a member of Ms. Delicious Diary, you will gain access to our members only page. There you will find our diary entry for the week. Entries that encourage, motivate, inform and coach you to gradually make healthy lifestyle changes. Our unique diary is written in an entertaining and somewhat comical way, but you are sure to get the point and you just might see yourself staring back at you. We know you will come to love the Characters you read about in the diary and even develop your personal favorite!
